That's why I created my Starter Pack (cheesy title but effective idea!). It's 6-weeks of one-on-one coaching to help you jump start your dreams and start taking action right away.

Six (6) weeks of 1:1 coaching
Weekly in-person or virtual sessions
Unlimited communication via email, text, or messaging
Mid-week check-ins upon your request
A 3-month step-by-step plan to help you reach your goals
Tools and strategies to rehabilitate your mindset
Journaling prompts, worksheets, and assignments as needed

The very first question I ask all my clients is this:
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST, MOST AUDACIOUS, AMAZING LIFE YOU CAN ENVISION?
From there, we work backward to create a plan you can take action on every day, every week, and every month. We make your big dreams bite-sized because research has shown that our goals have to be realistic and attainable for us to achieve them.
The Starter Pack is designed to give you a plan for 3 months -- so you can continue making progress long after the 6 weeks are up.
If you wish to continue coaching beyond the 6 weeks, we simply extend our agreement another 3, 6, or 9 months.
The investment to get started is $350 total or two payments of $175.

Getting support from those around you is a wonderful idea. Research has shown that sharing your goals with someone and checking in with them makes you almost twice as effective. Yet, research has also shown that the highest achievers are the ones who seek out teachers and coaches to help them. As a coach, I share tools and strategies and teach skills that have been supported by research and experience and will get you where you want to go.
How long will this package be available?
